FEEDBACK & PRIVACY
What happens
to your report.
New feedback is posted to the public board after you agree to publish it. The title, message, display name, app details and status are visible to anyone. Reports submitted through the earlier private form stay private.
What’s stored
The message you send, its category, optional app and contact details, timestamps, conversation replies and status are stored in the site’s hosted database. Email is optional, stays private and is only for support contact. No email notifications are sent automatically.
Your private reply link
You receive a private author link that lets you add replies or hide your public post without an account. Replies are private unless you or JukeFoxZero explicitly choose to publish them. Anyone with the complete link has the same access, so don’t share it publicly. The database stores a hash of its access code. If you lose the link and leave no contact details, there may be no way to reconnect you to the report.
Basic spam protection
The site checks requests and limits repeated submissions. It keeps a temporary, salted hash of the network address for rate limiting, not the raw address in the feedback database. Hosting providers may separately process network and request information to operate the site.
Keep sensitive details out
Please don’t send passwords, credentials, raw packet captures or private collection files. There are no file uploads or advertising trackers on this site.
Corrections and removal
You can hide your public post using its private author link. Hiding removes it and its replies from the public board, but keeps the support conversation. Use that conversation to request a correction or deletion. Public content may have been copied before it was hidden. Reports are kept while they’re useful for support and fixing issues; they are not automatically deleted when marked resolved.
